When your referral signs up to Kinde using your link, they will get $50 Kinde credit applied to their account.

When your referral becomes a paying customer, we will share 20% of all subscription fees received from your referral for 12 months.

At the end of each calendar month, you’ll be notified if any of your referrals signed up to a paid plan.

We will reach out to you on the email address associated with your Kinde account, requesting your bank details, and GST registration status (if applicable). We will generate a recipient generated tax invoice, and pay the relevant commission within 30 days of receiving your bank details.

We will disclose the total amount of commission available relating to all of your referrals but due to privacy considerations, we cannot disclose the identity of your referrals or the revenue that we receive from them.

We will pay the relevant commission within 30 days of receiving your bank transfer details (for the first payment), and 30 days after month end for any subsequent payments.

In order to be considered a qualified referral, the referred customer must create a new Kinde account. Self-referrals are not valid.

All referrals are subject to verification and we reserve the right to reject fraudulent signups.

You will earn commission once the referral becomes a paying customer with Kinde, and you’ll receive 20% commission for 12 months after they become a paying customer.

To generate your affiliate link and and receive payment for your referrals, you must be an existing Kinde account holder, and get a link from your Account details under your profile.

As a referrer, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have created an account on Kinde
• Have no records of fraud or other misconduct on Kinde

The friends you refer must meet the following requirements:

• Not have an existing Kinde account
• Register for a new Kinde account using the referral link
• Not be the same user as the Referrer and have no records of fraud or other misconduct on Kinde

Your referral link is valid for the duration of the program and in line with the terms and conditions of the program. You can share it with as many friends as you like.

Yes. You can share your referral link anywhere you like. Feel free to share it on X, Facebook, and other social media platforms – or copy and paste it into a text message or email. Your link can be used any number of times.

Tax liabilities arising from receiving or using Kinde commissions are your sole responsibility. Similarly, tax liabilities from receiving or using Kinde credits are the responsibility of the referred user.

Kinde may change or end the referral program at any time without prior notice. However, any commissions or credits already issued will still be valid according to the terms in place when they were issued.
