About the role
Key responsibilities
We're growing fast and always experimenting with new ideas, tools, and ways of working. There may be times when you get out of your comfort zone and try something totally new (maybe even a little audacious?).However, most of the time you will work on the stuff listed below:
- Be a custodian of the Kinde brand, helping to set and implement strategy to raise awareness in our target markets across the global
- Our website is our billboard to the world with tens of thousands of visitors every month, so it needs regular attention to make sure our message is clear and resonates.
- Manage existing marketing channels. Here are just some of the activities we already do:

- Help to find new marketing channels we can expand into.
- Work collaboratively with all teams. You'll work closely with our Growth and Engineering teams. You know the best value comes from teams that work together towards a shared vision.
- Deeply understand our customers. You know what makes them tick and know how to measure what works and what doesn't.
- Set the standards. We're looking for thinkers and inventors who can come up with new approaches to old ideas and push the industry forward.
Don't fret, you won't be working on these tasks alone. Some of the people you'll work alongside include:

About you
Experience
As a Junior marketer at Kinde, you'll often be working across a number of different channels and projects. As a growing company, there's lots to do and everyone pitches in! We know you'll have a range of skills and experience that you can use to help us in our mission, but below are just a few of the main ones that we're looking for:

Experience in marketing in all of its forms. You might have 2+ years experience in Marketing or just know how to get the attention of people and can bring the lessons you've learned with you to Kinde, helping us to grow globally and fast.

You know the right questions to ask. You know how to find out where our customers hang out and how we can get in front of them.

You think outside the box. The world is changing, quickly. You're excited by new and creative user experiences to engage with software engineers, technical leaders and the software development community.

Honest and open communicator. You'll build strong relationships with people across the team and are a trusted source of knowledge for all things marketing. Your work reflects Kinde's mission, vision and values.

Great attention to detail. You're able to get into the details and deliver quality results on time. You don't let anything fall through the cracks.

You work with calm determination. Our growth plans are bigger than big so you need to be excited to move quickly but able to keep a level head.
