15 days leave to support our employees through difficult times including illness or death in the family, miscarriage, and abortion.

3 days every year to work with the organizations you love. Giving back moves everyone forward.
Parental leave
12 weeks paid leave for all genders, family constructs and paths to parenthood with an additional 4 weeks for the birthing parent. We also offer a 4 week return to work plan, allowing parents to work 1 less day per week than normal, but still paid in full.

Where WeWork
This is how we think about offices at Kinde.
Offices are boring. 95% of the work we do doesn’t need an office. Forcing people to waste hours of their day commuting to an office only to work alone doesn’t make a lot of sense. It’s also not great for the planet.
Rather, we think about ways to enable intentional time together when it will bring real value. We make it flexible for people to come together when they want to.
We have some people who love getting together on a Tuesday to work together. This is great. Some people would rather work from home. That’s great too.

Step 1: Meet with Talent Acquisition
This is where we learn more about you and you learn more about us. We’ll discuss the role, your experience and your career goals, to make sure it’s a good fit.

Step 2: Functional Interview
In this interview, you’ll meet somebody from the team you’re interviewing for. They’ll be asking you questions about your experience related to the role and also taking time to answer your questions. Think of this stage as ‘talking the talk’.

Step 3: Deep Dive Interview
Here, you’ll be given a take home challenge to present or asked to bring some examples of your work to discuss in detail. This is where you’ll show us your skills in action. You’ll ‘walk the walk’.

Step 4: Values Interview
This final stage is all about how you live our values, which are at the heart of everything we do at Kinde. It’s also the chance to ask any other questions on your mind. Remember, we don’t just choose you, you choose us too!
