Promotion terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms on which Kinde Australia Pty Ltd (we, us, our) will offer our Enterprise Ready promotion (Promotion) to eligible new customers (you).

Promotion

For customers that meet minimum size requirements, we are offering 6 months free services when you migrate to Kinde. We will also provide free migration support to assist with the migration to Kinde.

Redemption Process

You must book a call with one of our representatives and request that we apply this Promotion to your account.

We will review your request and notify you if we determine that you are eligible for this Promotion.

We will enter into an agreement which will entitle you to 6 months free services, and will set out the pricing after that.

The 6 months free period will commence at the earliest of 90 days after signing or once you migrate 100 monthly active users.

Terms

  • Eligibility for the Promotion is at our absolute discretion and we reserve the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.
  • We will assess whether you meet the minimum size requirements to be eligible for this promotion. At a minimum, you must meet at least 1 of the following requirements:
    • You have more than 100,000 monthly active users
    • You have more than 1,000 monthly active organisations
    • You have more than 100 enterprise connections
    • You have more than 1,500,000 monthly machine-to-machine tokens
  • You are required to sign a proposal which will entitle you to 6 months free services We will commit to pricing for the 6 months after that. The contract is not lock-in, you can leave at any time.
  • The 6 months free period will commence at the earliest of 90 days after signing the proposal, or once you migrate 100 monthly active users.
  • We reserve the right to terminate, modify or extend this Promotion at any time.
  • We may require proof of your existing service arrangement, including a services contract.
  • We will not be responsible or any loss or damage you incur as a result of participating in this Promotion or transitioning services from another provider.
  • Once you sign up as a user, you will be subject to our standard terms and conditions, available at kinde.com/docs/important-information/terms-of-service.
  • This Promotion is not redeemable for cash.
  • This Promotion is not transferrable.
